Room was small, no fridge, no microwave, and no pool.

NIce friendly staff and ambiance.

No vegetarian dish in the morning breakfast at all! The menu doesn't change.

Good place to stay. Slightly expensive for the price charged though. Will recommend to business travelers and people who want to walk a bit. Away from the hustle bustle of downtown.

Clean, friendly, good selection of breakfast and it was complimentary which is a nice touch.

The parking facility was horrible.

The staff was friendly and very attentive. They called our room when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. They called us a cab right away, and provided good directions. The complimentary breakfast was nice a very selection. Unfortunately, there was a group of young adults staying on our floor who were very loud so I got very little sleep. However, that was not the hotel's fault I should have asked for a different floor, because I was only staying for a night I was not going to bother. Overall, it was a good stay. Great location near the center of Toronto. Free breakfast was very good.

No health club.

It is hard to find since it is on a street that is only three blocks long. Underground parking was a plus and the fee was reasonable. My room was small but adequate. Free wireless and daily paper were appreciated. Also complimentary hot breakfast fresh and tasty. No restaurant in
the hotel but you are within walking distance of lots of great places to eat. It is a very acceptable choice for the business traveler or family on a budget. ...read more
